Jean Norman-Hayes is a respected industry leader, with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in Conventional (Student and Senior) Multi-Family Housing, Affordable (LIHTC, HUD) Multi-Family Housing, Single-Family and Co-Living Spaces. Known for her people-first leadership style, Jean has built a career on strengthening teams, improving compliance performance, and transforming property operations through practical, effective strategies.
